PE5 focuses on building well-rounded human beings by progressing through each of the 5 pillars of physical competency simultaneously. Instead of sacrificing mobility for strength, or sacrificing strength for movement or athleticism, PE5ers get stronger, faster, more flexible and learn to move better - all at once.
Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, PE5 will help you progress and overcome your personal weak points with step by step progressions, to make you a more rounded and versatile human being.
Adults 18+
16-17yrs welcome if accompanied by an adult or with pre-approval.
Kids [1] classes: 5-7 years.
Kids [2] classes: 8-12 years.
Teen classes: 13-16 years.
All ages from 5+. Under 16s must be accompanied by and adult.

Un-graded and white to green wrist wrap.
