2 options so you can choose what works best for you

Coaching will always begin with a detailed discussion about your goals, your training experience, technical expertise, training preferences, motivations, training/work/life balance and anything else that could be relevant to your training. This will either been done over the phone, in a video call or, where location allows, in a 1:2:1 session.


From there your training is built specifically for you.

Weekly Coaching*

Week to week training, continuously updated. Send videos for form check and receive continual, comprehensive guidance on technique, warm ups, nutrition, motivation and more. Give your input on exercise selection and work together to continually improve the specificity of your training plan.         *Paid 4 weekly in advance. 

Custom Training Cycle

8, 10 or 12 week fully personalised plans. Our peaking programs are particularly popular with lifters who otherwise prefer to manage their own training but just like guidance in the run up to comp.

1:2:1 Sessions

One off sessions, blocks of sessions or regular sessions...

Depending on your reason for choosing to work with a coach, your goals and your budget, your needs will be individual to you. We offer various options for 1:2:1 sessions to suit everyone.


With or without coaching - Most importantly, 1:2:1 sessions are open to anyone, whatever your specific interest/goals, and not just coaching clients.


Single Sessions – Book one off or sporadic sessions to suit your overall training plan and your schedule. Work on a specific single lift or problem, or anything else you want to learn.  


Technique Improvement  – Our moto is simple... technical perfection over all else.  


Packages and Regular Sessions – Buy in blocks of 5 or 10 and save. Or book regular sessions.


Powerlifting Comp Day Handling – Whether we coached you during prep or not, we offer competition day handling to all. Help with warm ups, knee wraps, entering attempts etc. And for beginners, let the benefit of our experience help you through each step of the day.

We love all kinds of training. Our unique training system, PE5, is specifically centred on balance and developing all of what we call "The 5 Pillars of Physical Competency" simultaneously.  After all, what is the point of strength without the mobility or athleticism to use it? 


However... when it comes to competition, we are first and foremost, powerlifters!


Our moto "technical perfection over all else" forms the basis of our approach to training. At its core, this philosophy means paying close attention to the fine details.  Performing well in training, or in competition, relies on a wide variety of factors aside from just knowing what to lift. Diet, sleep patterns, stress, mobility, knowing how to warm up, understanding RPE and much more, all effect physical performance. 


To us, this is why coaching has to be more than just numbers and %s and true personalisation of programming, is the key to success.  


We like to take a teaching approach to coaching so that you understand WHY we ask you to do what we ask you to do. This helps you know what feedback we need to build the best possible plan for you.  


If you decide to compete, we'll be with you through prep, and right there with when it comes to the big day. From learning the rules and lifting to commands, to peaking perfectly to perform at your absolute best when it matters, we understand what it takes to prepare for competition.  We're also experts at managing comp day, and we'll take care of everything! So all you need to do, is lift! 


Whether you're a world champion, or have never been inside a gym in your life, we can help you improve an already great total or start at the very beginning and go from there.

 The word "Calisthenics" comes from the Greek words "Kallos" – meaning Strength, and "Sthenos" – meaning Beauty. And so, in essence, the philosophy, the very meaning of calisthenics, is “beautiful strength” .


From basics, like push ups, to some the most difficult moves like the full planche, calisthenics is the art of using one's own bodyweight as resistence to enhance the physqiue.


Whether you want to train only calisthenics, or use calisthenics alongside other training methods, we can show you how to truly master your own body.
